Orientation Service
We provide various types of support to people who move to Japan from foreign countries. Please leave matters such as; school introductions and visits, housing search, confirmation of lease negotiations, rent and contract arrangements to us. Experienced specialists provide information on climate and geography of Japan, assist in arranging furniture leasing, obtaining alien registration, local bank accounts and other matters to make newcomers feel at ease.
Ⅰ.Pre-assignment visit program( 1 day / 2 days )
A consultant will contact the pre-assignee directly by telephone or e-mail promptly upon receiving a request, to confirm desires or objectives and schedule touring accordingly. The consultant meets directly with the assignee on arrival in Japan, provides basic information and introduces popular areas and places of interest. The newcomer visits institutions with bilingual staff such as international supermarkets, schools, areas or hospitals to know firsthand about services and familiar items readily available from Japanese and English speaking people.
Ⅱ.Settling-in program
After a residence is decided, the consultants help inspect the residence, provides a listing of pertinent area information and actual tour of places such as; hospitals, international supermarkets, the emergency evacuation place confirmation, etc.). The consultant helps with alien registration, establishing a bank account, contracting a mobile telephone phone purchase, and the converting a foreign driver's license to a Japanese one. A Japanese supermarket tour can include item explanation and usage if desired.

Ⅳ.Departure program
When vacating a premises for a local or overseas move, a consultant familiar with the process will attend the move-out inspection along with the resident to confirm the current residence condition. Moreover, that consultant will support with the negotiations and return of security deposits after settling restoration costs.
